TPA have created the position of Innovation and Social Lead to bridge the gap between high-end production and the fast-turnaround, platform-native content that modern brand and performance campaigns demand.
Noémie Cohen brings extensive experience across the social and digital landscape, most recently as Projects Director at Uncovered Group, an official creative partner of both TikTok and Meta, where she led campaigns for global brands including Nike, BMW, Versace, Peugeot, and VW.
Before that, she held a senior leadership role at Rippll, an advertising attribution startup, working directly with the C-suite during the company’s evolution and eventual sale. Her earlier career spanned global brand and design agency work at Agency TK, across clients including Pernod Ricard, Molton Brown, Johnson & Johnson, and Savills.
Noémie has already been working with Co-op on its community social presence, introducing TikTok to the brand’s channel mix and delivering increased profile reach, demonstrating both her platform expertise and her ability to hit the ground running in a local context.
**Expanded in-house video and motion capability. ** Alongside Noémie’s appointment, TPA has bolstered its content delivery capacity with the addition of Reuben Jeanne as Junior Videographer and Editor to its in-house video and motion team, led by Danel D’Avoine and James O’Garra. The expanded team strengthens TPA’s ability to produce and turn around high-quality video content across social, digital, and broadcast channels.
“The brands that will win on social are the ones that show up with genuine personality, real stories, and content that feels human. That’s exactly the space Noémie is here to lead. Her instinct for culture, platform, and what actually connects with people is the kind of thing you can’t automate.”
