Escapology is the world's largest escape room franchise, with a network of over 50 locations across the United States.

We developed a full funnel digital marketing campaign to drive awareness, consideration, bookings and retention for the world’s largest escape room franchise across their venues.

We worked with the corporate team to develop an annual plan that addresses the business objectives of:

  • Building the brand and creating consistency across the network ahead of a sale to VC
  • Turning marketing into a profit center for the Franchisor
  • Growing awareness and consideration of escape rooms as an alternative entertainment option
  • Driving revenue growth for new and existing customers across the franchise network

Package for Franchisee's

TPA managed all franchisee marketing execution and communication taking the burden away from the HQ team. A comprehensive program was put together combining always on activity with seasonal promotions. Different package levels were developed to address the franchisee’s differing sizes of venues and investment levels.

Building the category and share

Knowing that the fear of being locked in is the biggest entry barrier to trying escape rooms, we use social paid ads to help educate people on what to expect with an escape room experience, whilst raising awareness of the Escapology brand.

Exclusive content

What makes Escapology truly unique is their broad range of exclusively licensed games including Star Trek: Quantum Filament and Scooby-Doo and the Spooky Castle Adventure. Our search ads and social ads help to clearly communicate these exclusive experiences, after our audience have been served more general escape room advertising.

Driving conversion

As part of our funnel planning, we deliver more direct ads to remarketing audiences that have visited the Escapology website but not yet converted.

Building lifetime customer value

Knowing that Escapology’s returning customers are our most accesible audience, we actively engage and market to their existing customer base. Automated email journeys and paid social campaigns based on customer behavior and insight such as games played, last play date and birthdays to deliver timely messages and drive repeat visits.
